We realize that not every client is able to list a vacant home. Many sellers live in their homes with their own furniture during the showing process. We work closely with realtors and sellers during a 1-2 hr walkthrough to provide a detailed checklist to help the sellers know exactly what to do to prepare their home for listing. Consultations starts at $250 and can be put towards staging or light staging if applicable. 

Staging homes is like renting our furniture, but we also offer design and setup services for furniture you want to keep. We give you access to our expertise for much less than a traditional designer and give you access to our furniture discounts.  Our white glove service will get your property designed and set up by a team who knows how to market not just a property, but an experience, to help you attract guests.
